Orlando, FL, January 21, 2011 - Pipeline Software was a speaker and sponsor at the Construction CPM Conference from January 12-15 that was attended by project management professionals from all over North America. The session presentation was focused on Integrated Project Planning and discussed how to integrate data from leading project management systems with popular cost management systems.

The three day event took place at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Hundreds of construction CPM professionals from North America met to explore leading edge CPM scheduling concepts, to seek out new expert schedulers and software solutions, and to study and discuss the theory and practice of CPM.

Executing construction projects is a challenge. The ability to keep projects on track, avoid late starts and unbalanced backlogs, and manage resources and materials is a central driver to project success. Late and problem projects can be avoided by using project integration. Pipeline solutions can be used to standardize and normalize data across different versions of project tools and incorporate subcontractor files as well.

At the CPM Conference, Pipeline provided information to attendees about their integration software that integrates Primavera’s P6 project planning software with third party applications such as SAP and Maximo. Attendees learned how to streamline key business processes and activities focused around project planning and execution by synchronizing project data using Pipeline's Maxavera® product.
